My Personality
I started out introverted, but with time, I’ve learned to step out, speak up, and connect better with people.
What I value the most
I place the highest value on transparency, trust, and mutual respect in everything I do.
My typical working times
My workday runs from 10 AM to 7 PM IST, with a midday lunch break and short evening pauses. I front-load my meetings in the morning to keep afternoons dedicated to focused, uninterrupted work.
Types of tasks I like doing or do very well at
I lead with business context, not just code. My process includes coaching, clarifying requirements, refining use cases, and staying hands-on through design, implementation, and delivery.
How I like to think and make decisions
I make informed decisions by gathering input from all sides—engineering effort, customer needs, and team bandwidth. This ensures that every release plan is realistic, focused, and deliverable.
How to help me at work
I see everyone as a peer—not a subordinate. I value open communication, proactive ownership, and thoughtful debate. We solve problems together, support one another, and grow as a team—not in competition, but in community.
My leadership style
I lead with trust, not micromanagement. I expect team members to keep me looped in as needed, while I stay hands-off unless support is required. I do keep a close eye on overall progress to ensure smooth execution.
If you want to stay up to date with my work be sure to follow me on twitter, or you can send me an email and I'll be sure to get back to you.
